Krissy Klaiber.

I have lived in Cornwall all my life and grown-up around the north coast of Cornwall. I love exploring the beautiful countryside, stunning beaches and walking along the local coastal paths with my family and our dog. I have worked in the property industry for the last 7 years and have found a real passion for helping people who are either in Cornwall or looking to relocate and find their dream home.

Claire-Charlotte Vintila. 

I grew up in the Lake District but never really appreciated the beauty of it, until I worked and travelled the world as a singer and came home. Now I live on the outskirts of the Lake District with my husband and doggo and appreciate what is right on our doorstep. When I’m not still singing, I enjoy the hikes, the lakes, the coastal paths and small towns it has to offer. 

I’ve always been fascinated by property and love to explore the special homes the area has to offer for my clients.

James Byrne CEMAP

I started my career in Estate Agency over 30 years ago before moving into mortgages. I have worked in most areas of property finance and for the last 9 years have worked in more specialist areas such as bridging, buy to let, commercial, development, self-build and specialist residential mortgages.

With a personal desire to help my clients and an interest in all thing’s property, I have naturally helped clients both source and sell their property by providing help and guidance. My time in the property related industry has also helped me grow a great network of professional contacts which helps benefit my clients.

Knowing Michael and the service he provides, supporting County Property Finders to offer a more formal service in Dorset is a natural addition to my mortgage broking business, Mortgages by James.

Steve Garvey 

I have lived & worked in a few areas of Leicestershire for 30 years. Working for many years in the Construction Industry with Mullen & Kelly Ltd. This has led to a keen interest in the property market, and I keep up to date with local and national trends.

Over the last few years, M&K expanded to include much smaller residential and commercial projects that include full build, and internal/external renovations. County Property Finders fits nicely in with this.

I am a very keen networker and have built many connections within the property industry over the years.

Helen Hodgson

 I’m South Yorkshire born and bred, and lucky enough to be living close to the Peak District National Park on the outskirts of  Sheffield. 

I was an English lecturer for many years but also cultivated a genuine love of property simultaneously through my own developments and work in the industry. I have extensive knowledge of property and the South Yorkshire area and I’m drawn to support and help others though this experience.  With a  commitment to client satisfaction, I hope to be able to transform the quest for the perfect home into a seamless journey.

Lesley Cotterill 

Born and raised in Kingswinford, I have lived and worked in the West Midlands and
Surrounding Counties for most of my life.
I love exploring the picturesque towns, quaint villages, and serene countryside that
surrounds our region. There’s something magical about discovering hidden gems
and connecting with the land.
My journey into the world of housing began whilst working for a large Housing
Association. For a decade, I dedicated myself to supporting individuals and families
experiencing homelessness. Witnessing the impact of safe and stable housing on
people’s lives ignited my passion for this field. I firmly believe that feeling settled and
content in your home is essential for overall well-being.
Guided by empathy and a desire to make a difference, I’m committed to helping my
clients find their perfect property. Whether it’s a cozy home, a stylish apartment, a
