Our team all have many years experience dealing with property in their area and have an extensive network of developers and private sellers who contact us first because they know we only deal with genuine, motivated clients.
Rental property finding service
Looking to move but renting rather than buying? No problem we can help. Have us as one point of contact and let us do all the chasing round the letting agents for you. We will view suitable properties on your behalf and then send you a full video walkthrough along with any info regarding location and local services etc. We will negotiate the best rent and tenancy terms for you and help manage the whole process to completion.
Viewing only service
Seen a property online you are interested in but either don't have time or are too far away to view? We will arrange the viewing and send through a full video walk-through, photos and any information you require in terms of pricing, location etc..
FEES
Property finding service
£500 retainer plus 1% of the purchase price plus VAT.
An initial payment of £500 plus VAT to cover set up costs, followed by 1% of the purchase price plus VAT on completion (subject to a minimum fee of £2500 plus VAT). This is inclusive of all viewings, videos and negotiations etc.
Rental property finding service
One months rent on completion plus VAT.
One months rent on commencement of the tenancy plus VAT. This includes all viewings, video walkthroughs and negotiating the terms of the tenancy.
Viewing only service
£100 plus VAT
Seen a property online you are potentially interested in? We will view on your behalf, provide photos and videos where appropriate (with the vendors permission). We will also provide you with information on pricing and local services etc.
